The painting (which is created after your activation journey by the artist) serves as a creative expression of your intentions, emotions, and visions and allows you to externalise and anchor your inner discoveries, creating a tangible representation of your journey and a powerful visual reminder of your desires. Yes, there are several upgrade options for the Painting and extra coaching sessions which you can discuss on your consult call or add to your package
Engaging in the Art Activation Journey can bring various benefits, such as enhanced self-awareness, emotional healing, personal growth, clarity of vision, and the empowerment to manifest your desires. The process can identify root trauma and calls back lost parts of your soul. It offers a unique blend of therapeutic exploration and creative expression.
The sessions are carried out online via video call and can be recorded for replay purposes if you prefer.
Be in a quiet space with access to wifi if the session is taking place over zoom. Have earphones for optimal experience and be in a space you can lay down for the hypnosis.
Eat lightly before your session and drink plenty of water. You will need to complete your Intentions Playbook to Activate your awareness, however this part will be fully guided and facilitated during the session.
